My Artsy Decor deals in handmade products. We make all efforts to ensure that every product at our online store is perfect and seamless. We also take great care in packaging and delivering our products by adhering to high quality standards. Yet, since most products are handmade, there can be slight variations from product to product.

Going by the nature of our products, and as a policy we do not entertain exchange, cancellation, or return of products once sold and delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

If by mistake we send a wrong product to you that does not match the product selected by you during order confirmation. In this case, we will bear the shipping cost to pick up the product and deliver a new one.

If a major manufacturing defect is found on the received product. In this case, we will bear the shipping cost to pick up the product and deliver a new one. Please note, as said earlier, handmade products may have slight variations from product to product.

If the product is received in a damaged condition. To prove that, you have to send an unboxing video, immediately after receiving the package.
